Shamanic Journeying

In Shamanistic journeying we travel to the different worlds on the axis mundi: The upper, middle and lower worlds. Traditionally speaking the upper world is where we seek guidance, the lower world where we delve into the deep, untapped knowledge of ourselves and the middle world relates to the here and now.

In the process of journeying, the client is taken into a relaxed trance like state and guided to travel imaginatively into their psyche.  The work is danced in and embodied or talked through to find ways to integrate our spiritual discoveries into our physical, everyday life
