Our practitioners support clients across a wide range of physical, emotional, and general wellbeing concerns. The pages below cover some of the areas that people most commonly come to our Holborn clinic for, with an honest explanation of the therapies our clients explore and what the evidence looks like.
This is not an exhaustive list. If the reason you're thinking about complementary care isn't here, that is no barrier. Our forty plus therapies and twenty three practitioners cover a broad ground, and we are happy to talk through what might be appropriate. Please get in touch.

If your concern isn't listed anywhere on this page, that's often because we can support it but haven't yet written a dedicated page for it. Please ask.
The choice of therapy and practitioner is often the hardest part of getting started. If you would like a steer, our reception team will listen to what you're experiencing and suggest two or three places to begin. There's no cost and no commitment; it's simply a way to help you find a sensible starting point.
Complementary therapies can be a helpful part of how you look after yourself. They work best alongside ordinary medical care, not in place of it. If you have a new or worsening health concern, please talk to your GP first, and please let your practitioner know about any medical conditions or medications before your first session.
